Exchange & Return Policies
We want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, our exchange policy keeps things simple and fair.
Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of the order delivery date. Requests received after this period cannot be processed.
Exchange Only — No Cash Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds.
Customers may opt for a product-to-product exchange.
In case an exchange is not preferred, the order amount will be provided as a voucher, which can be redeemed on a future purchase.
Valid Reasons Required
To start an exchange, please provide a clear reason (e.g., size issue, defect, wrong item). Exchanges cannot be approved for “change of mind” or without a stated reason.
Condition of Item
Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Request
Message us your Order Number with the phone number registered, photos of the item, and the reason for exchange. Once approved, you can choose any other product of equal or higher value (price difference applies).
